Shipping & Returns
Linens & Pearls Boutique ships domestic orders for Free over $100 via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail on Monday - Friday. This is generally a 3-day service. Please note this is not a guarantee, and some packages may require 5 – 7 business day delivery.
Once the package is released from Linens & Pearls Boutique and received by the customer you are completely responsible for the shipment once it is delivered to your address.

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 21 days after the customer receives shipment. If your purchase you for a gift (ie Christmas / Birthday), please request an extension in the Special Instructions Section of your cart, and one of our staff members will approve the request. The return period starts on the day the product is received by customer until the day Linens & Pearls Boutique receives product back in store. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping product back to Linens & Pearls Boutique. No call tag or return label will be included or issued to customers for returns.
Products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Product must have original tags and must not have been worn, laundered, or altered from its original condition.
Customers with Returns/Exchanges have the following options:
1. Refund original method of payment minus 15% re-stocking fee.
2. Exchange for a different item or the same item in a different size. The only expense is the cost of shipping back to Linens & Pearls Boutique.
3. Accept an online store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. This credit does not expire until it is used.
To Return/Exchange an item, follow these steps:

Please allow 7-10 business days for refund transactions to settle. Requests for online store credit are issued immediately. Exchanges (if in stock) usually ship the day after receipt of return.
Refunds are NOT permitted after the first exchange.
